The Mindful Movement Collective: Sample Class

 

Take steps toward better health with a daily dose of mindful movement. This monthly membership allows you to learn at your own pace and be part of our community of mindful movers. You will have unlimited access to the full library of videos for a recurring monthly fee. 

Classes range from 10 to 60 minutes, giving you the flexibility to do what you can each day.

Designed for all ages and fitness levels, you'll unravel the layers of human movement from basic to advanced.


Frequently Asked Questions

How exactly does the program work?

You'll have access to the full library of content for as long as you're a member. The course includes movement self-assessments to track your progress, mobility videos, tips to incorporate more movement in your life, monthly group coaching calls with a trained physical therapist, in-depth health courses, and guides to additional resources and materials to supplement your practice. You move through the material at your own pace.

Do You Accept HSA/HFA Cards?

Yes, we do accept HSA/HFA cards! Consider this an investment in your health. 

How often should I practice?

We recommend daily, but any practice is better than none! Commit to what you can. 

Is there any equipment needed?

We do use some simple equipment but suggest household items you can substitute if you don’t have these items on hand. The items we use most often include a half foam roll, a yoga block, and Yoga-Tune Up Balls. But all of these can be substituted for a rolled up towel, a book, and a tennis ball. There is no need to invest in equipment before you get started. 

Who is the program for?

This program is for anyone looking to learn more about how to improve their quality of life through mindful movement. There is no previous movement experience necessary and we give suggested modifications for all activity levels throughout the video. These mobility videos benefit anyone from some just starting to adopt a movement-based lifestyle to experience movers (ie Crossfitters, regular practitioners of yoga and pilates, etc.) looking to get more out of their practice. 

Is there any previous experience necessary?

No previous experience in movement programs is necessary. The initial videos of the program walk you through introductory material to help you assess where you’re starting from. Once you are through the introductory videos, the video library will be unlocked where you can find material from beginner to advanced levels. 

Can I download the videos and content?

At this time, the content can be live-streamed only. Meaning you need an internet connection to use the videos and there is no downloadable content at this time. For as long as you are a member, you will have access to the videos at any time.
