We recommend daily, but any practice is better than none! Commit to what you can.
We do use some simple equipment but suggest household items you can substitute if you don’t have these items on hand. The items we use most often include a half foam roll, a yoga block, and Yoga-Tune Up Balls. But all of these can be substituted for a rolled up towel, a book, and a tennis ball. There is no need to invest in equipment before you get started.
This program is for anyone looking to learn more about how to improve their quality of life through mindful movement. There is no previous movement experience necessary and we give suggested modifications for all activity levels throughout the video. These mobility videos benefit anyone from some just starting to adopt a movement-based lifestyle to experience movers (ie Crossfitters, regular practitioners of yoga and pilates, etc.) looking to get more out of their practice.
No previous experience in movement programs is necessary. The initial videos of the program walk you through introductory material to help you assess where you’re starting from. Once you are through the introductory videos, the video library will be unlocked where you can find material from beginner to advanced levels.
At this time, the content can be live-streamed only. Meaning you need an internet connection to use the videos and there is no downloadable content at this time. For as long as you are a member, you will have access to the videos at any time.
